Peanut Butter Banana Yogurt Bark

This delicious and wholesome yogurt bark is the perfect snack or dessert! Made with simple, nutritious ingredients, it’s creamy, crunchy, and naturally sweetened.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

  • ½ cup Banjo carob chocolate, chopped or melted 

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base: Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Layer the Banana: Evenly spread the banana slices on the tray.

  3. Mix the Yogurt & Peanut Butter: In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.

  4. Spread Over Bananas: Pour the yogurt mixture over the banana slices, spreading it evenly.

  5. Add Chocolate: Sprinkle the chopped or melted Banjo carob chocolate on top.

  6. Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, or until completely set.

  7. Break & Serve: Once frozen, break into pieces and enjoy!

Storage:

Keep in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
